Follow the steps below to anchor a catenary wire to a structure.

Step 2: Access the 'Configure Wire' window
This can be done by creating a new wire, attaching a wire or editing an existing wire point.
Step 3: Click the 'Support Type' dropdown menu and select 'Anchor'
The support will be changed from 'In-running' to 'Out-of-running'.
Step 4: Tick the 'Equipment' box
Ticking this checkbox expands the 'Configure' window, allowing you to attach equipment to the structure.
Step 5: Click a '[Mast]' so it is highlighted
If the wire is attached to a portal you will be able to choose which mast to attach the equipment to.
Step 6: Click the 'Add Bracket' button
This will open the 'Add Bracket' window. You can alternatively select an existing bracket from the equipment editor.
Step 7: Configure bracket and click 'Confirm'
Select a bracket style from the drop-down menu and review the 'Location' and 'Rotation'. Learn more about bracket locations here. Clicking 'Confirm' will close this window.
Step 8: Configure equipment
Using the drop-down menus, select the wire support and wire support style you would like to allocate.
If no equipment is available at this point, you may need to adjust the wire properties shown in the top-half of the 'Configure' window.
Step 9: Click 'Confirm'
This will close the 'Configure' window and apply the changes to your model.
