A drop-in session is an allocated block of time, dedicated to Lineardraft customers, in which Lineardraft users and other key personnel can raise questions, access further help and support, request additional training, learn about new features and software updates.
The date and time of sessions are coordinated by the Lineardraft team and invites are sent out to each individual approximately one week in advance of an upcoming session.
Each session is booked for 45 minutes and takes place via a Microsoft Teams meeting. A member of the Lineardraft team will be present throughout and each company will have a session scheduled once every 5 weeks.
