There are a couple of ways to edit the stagger at a wire point in Lineardraft. Here's how.
Step 1: Click ‘Edit’ in the Wires section of the Lineardraft toolbar
This will open the ‘Wire Selection’ window.
Step 2: Click on the wire point you want to edit and click 'Edit'
You can click directly on the appropriate equipment or wire box annotation. Alternatively, you can select your wire and structure from the drop-down menus. Clicking 'Edit' will open the 'Edit Wire' dialog in the 'Edit Wire' window.
Step 3: Edit the stagger
You can do this by entering a value manually or by using the up/down arrows. You can also click the 'Invert' button to the right to quickly switch between a positive and negative value.
Step 4: Click ‘Apply’
This will close the ‘Edit Wire’ dialog.
Step 5: Click ‘Update Wire’
This will close the ‘Edit Wire’ window and will apply the changes to your design.

This will open the ‘Structure Selection’ window.
Step 2: Click on the structure you want to edit and click ‘Edit’
Alternatively, you can select the structure using the drop-down menu
This will open the ‘Edit Structure’ window.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Wires’ tab
Here you will see the wires attached to the structure.
Step 4: Click the wire you want to edit
This will open the ‘Edit Wire’ dialog.
Step 5: Edit the stagger
You can do this by entering a value manually or by using the up/down arrows. You can also click the 'Invert' button to the right to quickly switch between a positive and negative value.
Step 6: Click 'Apply'
This will close the ‘Edit Wire’ dialog.
Step 7: Click ‘Update Structure’
This will close the ‘Edit Structure’ window and apply the changes to your design.
