Whilst there is a wide range of design catalogues available to add to your license upon request (see a list of our current catalogues here), you may have an upcoming project where you need to use a design range for which we don't have a catalogue yet. In this case you’ll need to contact us to request its creation.
A catalogue can be a small number of unique items, a smaller range of items designed to work in tandem with a larger design range (for example, how UKMS CLever works with UKMS), or a complete standalone design range.
To get the ball rolling, you will need to get in touch with our commercial team via commercial@zebraware.com. One of our team will work with you to establish the feasibility of the request, as well as the size, timescales, and boundaries of the catalogue. We will also discuss whether this will be a public or private catalogue.
Important: You must have the Engineering Administrator role attached to your User Account to request the creation of a design catalogue.
Creating a new catalogue can be a complex and time-consuming process. That's why, if your project requires a specific design range not currently available as one of our design catalogues, it’s important you start communications with us as early as possible, so we have the time to understand the work required and, if approved, complete the work to the highest standard.
Please note: The time it takes to produce a catalogue will vary depending on the size and complexity of the design range, the amount and complexity of any required development work, and the workload of our technical team. Learn more here.
