Typically a Senior Engineer or above, Engineering Administrators can submit tickets relating to design catalogues. You will need the Engineering Administrator role assigned to your User Account to be able to submit the following requests.
Role Privileges
- Suggest changes to a private catalogue or public catalogue
- Ask design catalogue related questions
- Suggest the development of a new design catalogue (subject to commercial approval)
Role Requirements
- Expert in the relevant design catalogue(s)
- Competent using Bentley MicroStation and/or AutoDesk AutoCAD
- Expert understanding of OCS/OLE layouts & 3D models
