Before submitting a ticket, it’s important to double-check you are using the most up to date versions of Lineardraft Core, plugins, design catalogues, and project settings. Sometimes an update is all you need to solve an issue!
To find what version numbers you are currently using and if you need an update, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open Lineardraft Desktop
From the Windows taskbar tray, click on the Lineardraft Desktop icon.
If the Lineardraft Desktop icon is not visible in the tray, double-click the desktop icon or click on the Lineardraft Desktop application in the 'Start' menu instead.
Step 2: View your current version numbers and check update statuses
Check your version numbers on the right-hand side. If any components display a yellow 'i' icon or a red '!' icon, they need updating to the latest versions.
