The foundation bearing can be adjusted while creating or editing a structure, and can be adjusted independently from the mast bearing. In this example we are going edit the foundation bearing of an existing structure.
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Structures' section of the Lineardraft toolbar
Step 2: Click the 'Adjust' button
Step 3: Click on the structure with the foundation you want to adjust
This will open the 'Edit Structure' window.
Step 4: Adjust the 'Bearing' value box next to the foundation graphic
You can either click the arrow buttons or type the value directly into the box.
Top tip: While foundation and mast bearings can be adjusted independently, you can quickly align them by pressing the 'Match' button. If you click 'Match' next to the foundation bearing, it will instantly match the value to the mast's bearing, and vice-versa.
The below diagram illustrates what direction the foundation will rotate when you increase or decrease the bearing value.
More info: You can reset the foundation bearing to the default rotation for that structure type by clicking the 'Reset' button. You bearings are also reset to default if you change structure type.
You can either click the arrow buttons or type the value directly into the boxes, and you can adjust the bearings of each foundation independently.

Step 5: Click 'Confirm'
This will close the 'Edit Structure' window and make your changes.
