If you are unable to join your desired wires, check the caveats below before creating a ticket.
Wires can only be joined if they are either both catenary or both auxiliary. If you try to join a catenary system to an auxiliary system the prompt in your CAD application will read 'Can't join Auxiliary System [Name] with Catenary System [Name]'.
Wires can only be joined if the two selected wire types match; i.e., you can't join two auxiliary systems if they are not of the same type. If your wire types do not match, the prompt in your CAD application will read 'Can't join wire [Name] with wire [Name] as they are not the same type'.
The two wires selected to join must be two distinctly separate wires. A wire cannot be joined to itself. If you try to join a wire to itself by selecting the same wire twice, the prompt in your CAD application will read 'Wire [Name] already selected'.
